Great textbook! This book was selected for my Sports Economics course and the book is very well put together and does a great job explaining things. I learned a great deal about how some of the professional sports make money and make profit driven decisions.
For school
It's not bad, though examples are outdated.
This book was the textbook for my Economics of Sports class and it has been one of my favorite textbooks that I've had. The authors have related most intermediate micro economic terms to sports in a way that helps you to understand both well. There are a good amount of diagrams and examples along with clear writing to make you understand the subjects. Highly recommended.
